After I accepted my childlessness, I needed more examples of CNBC people living happy lives. And so, the Happy Childless Mindset outputs were born.
We get together once a week and we have a WhatsApp group where we support each other throughout the week.
Meetings are childfree (no parents allowed — no risk of triggering comments like “As a mom…”). Past discussion topics have included friendships, travel, aging parents, milestone celebrations, and more. We don’t just talk about not having kids.✨

For as long as I can remember, I dreamed of becoming a mom. But life had other plans. After navigating endometriosis, mental health challenges, trauma, toxic relationships, and the heartbreak of being childless not by choice, I found myself in my 40s—single, childless, and wondering if happiness was still possible for me.
Spoiler alert: it was.
And not just happiness—peace, fulfillment, and a life I love.
Saying "enough is enough" didn't magically fix everything, but it opened the door. I started exploring what healing could look like outside of traditional therapy. Coaching was just one of the tools that helped me shift my perspective, get unstuck, and build a more intentional life. I became certified, yes—but more importantly, I became deeply committed to growth, curiosity, and living fully.
Now, I support other women—especially those who are CNBC (Childless Not By Choice)—to rediscover joy, reimagine their path, and build lives that feel rich, meaningful, and whole… regardless of what didn't happen.
